In bloom

Here's another little stitched sample I've made for inspiration at my next workshop...it's stitched onto the back of a tatty little piece of quilt which I've tea dyed - it's satisfying  to make something unloved and discarded bloom again.....

A beautiful piece Christine, love the tiny Suffolk puffs and the plant details and trim at the bottom. I love to re use old unloved fabrics and incorporate them into my work too.

Love, love, your use of unloved beautiful fabric and lace. Makes me want to dig out some of my old vintage fabric and do something creative.
