I thought I would give you a taste of the workshop I ran on Saturday at Rustic and White in Shrewsbury. It was a lovely day, gentle stitching and tea and cake, what more could you ask for? Two of the ladies who came to the workshop have blogged about the day. Visit Dee at the Carlton and Bayou if you would like to see some more photos.

Hello Christine, this last photo of you is really such a pretty one. I have collected feathers from wild birds I found - they will go in the treasure box. It is a bit as if I see things from another perspective now - you are really a great inspiration, thank you!

Just came to visit via Nancy Nicholson's blog, and very glad I did. What beautiful work - I am now trawling through your older posts, sighing with delight!

Hello! Oh my goodness, the entire piece of art work announcing your workshop! It is just divine! I have been collecting vintage fabric for quite a while, and I don't have a lot of sewing skill, but I can embroider, and I enjoy mixed media. Seeing your blog and all of your beautiful pieces has opened up a whole new world for me! Thank Heavens I found you, courtesy of "One Lucky Day." Now, the courage to dig in! :)

Thank you!

Ever so,
Sheila in Portland, Oregon
